Spanish Customer Specialist

Requirements:- Preferably Filipino National that is fluent in Spanish
- Fluent in both Spanish and English
- Preferably Bachelor-s Degree Holder
- Customer Service and Sales experience is a plus
- Willing to work in Cebu City
- Knowledge in SAP is a plusResponsibilities:- Responsible in accommodating the Order of the customers
- Upload the order into the system
- Assisting in client's rebate claims queries and warranty related questions.
- Process the account and contact research, asset registry reports and opportunity creation management in a short period of time.
- Assist the customer and give them knowledge regarding the product
