Requirements:
• Preferably French-Canadian Speaker
• Experience supporting Canadian Account is an advantage
• Native or Non-Native French Speakers
• Proficient in both French and English Language
• With Customer Service or Sales background is an advantage
• Working knowledge/experience with technical applications is a plus
• Open for Undergrad and Bachelor’s Degree holder
• Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
• Knowledgeable in computer applications

Responsibilities:
• Promoting excellent customer service for customers
• Provide assistance and information via phone, web, email, chat and social media
• Manage resolution to customers experiencing common technical issues
• Make Interpretation when needed
• Attend to final testing of the new surveys and data analysis
