Spanish Bilingual - Hotel And Travel Account

College Graduate in any field
Must have experience with airlines, hotels or travel
Must be bilingual or multilingual – at least English and Spanish
Excellent time management skills;
Excellent written and oral English communication skills;
Can multitask and comfortable to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented work environment
Must be eligible to live and work in the Philippines;
Willing to be based in Metro Manila or other locations as may be required by business operations;
Must be able to work on flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
Create, amend and cancel hotel reservations as needed. Make sure that every reservation is accurately done and on time;
Arrange, amend and cancel transport requirements with providers;
Liaise with Airline counterpart any disruptions and make sure that requirements are achieved accurately and on time;
To be the initial point of contact of airline regarding booking and cancellation of accommodation and transport concerns;
Understand and ensure compliance with all relevant internal and external rules, regulations and procedures that apply to the conduct of the business in which you are involved
