Position: Spanish Accounts Payable Advisor

Schedule: Shift: Night Shift (10:00 PM- 7:00 AM)
Off: Fixed Weekends Off

Requirements:
• Open for both Native and Non- Native Spanish Speakers
• Preferably Bachelor’s Degree Holder of any course/program
• Proficient in both Spanish and English
• Accounts Payable, Accounting and Finance experience and knowledge is a great advantage
• Willing to work in Taguig City

Responsibilities:
• Record and review company expenses
• Resolve deficiency of issued PO and invoices
• Double check and audit the product received and invoices
• Answer all vendor related concerns and queries
• Review the general ledger and cost accounts to non-purchase order invoices
