- must have strong communication, sales and presentation skills;
- must be goal-oriented, flexible and creative under pressure;

Technical skills: computer literate

Experience: with at least 2 years experience in a managerial position in a hotel or resort setting

Personality: must be of good moral character

Duties:
• Entertain when the guest arrives in Spa, having massage service; open the menu and introduce the price and the benefits per treatments; explain the duration of each massage service and the product use for massage.
• All spa reports shall be submitted on time; no delayed service in submission of reports
• Maintain in lowering expenses of the following guest supplies, linens and guest amenities inventory; Oversee the budgeting in ordering and receiving of supplies to maintain the level of inventory.
• Control and supervise the performance of therapists and the rest of the associates, conduct refresher course if needed.
• Maintain the cleanliness of spa such as the desk area, male and female washroom, massage cubicles and massage chairs area; ensure the linens, towels and guest supplies are sufficient before the operations start.
• Maintain the services extend to guests on the assigned spa are up to standard.
• Maintain good communication and working relationship with associate and ensure the policies and procedures are followed.
• Oversee the scheduling of associates and the massage service of therapists to guest according to standards manipulation and execution.
• Does the Cashiering and Receptionist job in the absence of the assigned persons in the specified position.
• Report any damage/any defects, on the assigned spa section and other unusual happenings on spa to the attention of Executive Housekeeper; give recommendations if any improvement can be made.
