**Sourcing Associate - ONSITE (Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply)**
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify each position's requirements
- Provide support to Recruitment Center administrative operations
- Create reports on a regular basis
- Support continuous improvement efforts with regard to operational effectiveness
- Update system tools and databases in a timely manner
- Adhere to time schedules and work plans required by other tasks assigned such as Evacuation Marshall, Asset Custodian, and others.
- Ensure timely completion of required training
**Job Qualifications**:
- Graduate of BS Psychology, Human Resource Management, or any related course
- No experience is required but at least have OJT/Internship experience
- Knowledge in word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel, etc.)
**Salary**: Php12,000.00 - Php12,500.00 per month
