Solutions Architect

Job Description:
This position is suitable for someone with at least 1 year of hands-on experience on Amazon Web Services and who has architected elastic and scalable web-based systems by applying the best practices of AWS.


The primary responsibilities of this role are:


Solutions design for both enterprise and consumer software applications in web and mobile technologies Help organizations understand best practices around advanced cloud-based solutions Leading proof-of-concept projects to exploit technology trends and innovations to formulate differentiated solutions Minimum Qualifications:
Experienced in evaluating multiple technical options and proposing recommendations which combine technical and management perspectives Experienced in designing an elastic and scalable architecture on AWS Hands-on programming skills in open source web technologies (e.g., Java, PHP, Python, Ruby, Node.js or Bash) and their associated frameworks Experienced in using automation tools like Chef (OpsWOrks), Puppet, or Ansible Experienced in system (EC2), database (RDS), and network administration (VPC) Experienced in using Nagios or CloudWatch for monitoring the servers and other technologies of AWS Must be familiar with any of these services of AWS: EC2, Elastic Beanstalk, Lambda, S3, CloudFront, Elastic File System, ?RDS, DynamoDB, ElastiCache, VPC, Route 53, CodeCommit, CodeDeploy, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, CloudFormation, Trusted Advisor, IAM, Certificate Manager, Elasticsearch Service, SNS, API Gateway, SES, SQS, Key Management Service, and WorkMail Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good communication skills both oral and written Educational background:


Graduate of any four-year college course on Computer Science or related field in Engineering AWS Certification is a plus! Can start immediately Willing to work in Mandaluyong and in Alabang if needed
