Software Testing Manager

Description of job:
Responsible for the performance and stress testing of the company's related Internet products and give guidance;
Continue to enrich performance test cases and improve performance test standards.

Job requirements:
Computer related major, bachelor degree or above, 5 years working experience;
Ability to independently undertake project performance testing, with data analysis capabilities and risk assessment capabilities;
Familiar with the performance testing process, can formulate test plans, test plans, and project practical experience;
Proficient in 1 ~ 2 mainstream performance testing tools, such as loadrunner, jmeter, Tsung. Proficiency in performance data monitoring tools;
Understand mainstream databases and common NoSQL storage, such as mysql, Redis, MongoDB, etc.;
Familiar with the Linux operating system and scripts written in shell scripts or python languages, with the ability to set up a test environment;
Strong learning ability, good communication skills, enthusiasm, patience for work, strong sense of responsibility and initiative.
