The role would be on a night shift schedule to be based in our BGC Office (Picadilly Star). We’re filling a floor of people with different IT backgrounds. This is for expansion and these hires will be pioneers of the new business units coming from US. Job Summary: · The Quality Assurance Analyst position within the ClaimsXten Implementation Services organization works as a member of the Quality Assurance team to provide both manual and automated testing services to various Client Services teams serving ClaimsXten and ClaimsXten Select customers· Responsible in installing, configuring and maintaining customer QA environments, as well as, performing testing activities, both manual and automated, related to new customer implementations and ongoing customer enhancements to ensure that deliverables are made in a timely manner and are of high quality· To provide both manual testing and ongoing deployment, maintenance and execution of automated test suite Job Responsibilities: · Define, develop, maintain and execute both manual and automated test scripts to ensure that functional requirements are met. Test and sign-off on releases· Set up, install, test and maintain QA environments and test data· Coordinate with internal resources to clarify requirements, specifications and issues, review test scripts, and manage test cycles· Manage defects and QA artifacts through an online tracking tool Job Qualifications:· Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, related field or equivalent experience· 4-5 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance· 2 years of test automation experience· Basic to intermediate SQL skills· Should have experience working with command line utilities, remote desktop clients, Windows services and XML· Experience with Jira a plus.· Experience with Fitnesse automation tool a big plus· Basic SDLC knowledge; Familiar with Linux/Windows server operating systems· Experience working with Oracle Database· Able to lead meetings with customers on QA related matters, learn and apply both in-house and off-the-shelf tools that assist in performing the job· Self-starter that requires little supervision; able to manage multiple projects simultaneously· Direct experience creating and maintaining automated test scripts· One programming language is a plus (.Net)· Experience troubleshooting technical issues that arise during testing process.· Willing to work in BGC, Taguig on a night shift sched.
