This position is for an experienced software development project manager. Most of the projects will be agile.
As you will be managing technical projects, some background in web design, mobile app development, ERP or software development is essential.
Most of our projects are large and complex corporate or government projects, spanning many months and requiring a large team of developers.
We have many design and support teams as your resources, including QA, graphics, UX/UI, server, apps, node.js, Laravel, Drupal, front end, to mention a few.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Create and maintain project plans that communicate tasks, milestone dates, status, and resource allocation ? using Gantt charts and other appropriate tools.
Coordinate delivery of development (beta) and production releases that meet quality assurance standards.
Assist the test team in creating test plans and testing efforts.

Risk Management - Plan for and monitor critical milestones
Project monitoring, tracking, and control
Ensure that the correct coding standards are maintained.
Liaise between the development team and the customer.
Assist the technical team in design and development tasks.
Direct and manage project development from beginning to end.
Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel
Conduct project post mortems and create recommendations reports in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
Review project designs and contribute ideas - conduct scheduled formal review processes
QA - When bugs are reported, you may be required to check that they have been fixed

Qualifications
Candidate must possess a Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science or related fields.
At least 2 years of relevant project management experience.
Ability to work hard and thrive in a fast-paced environment with little oversight while managing multiple projects and meeting strict deadlines.
Work During the Covid-19 Pandemic.
Most of our staff are working from home, and that option will also be available for new hirees. We also have accommodation for those who prefer to sleep over. Shortly we will be opening a second office in Quezon City, as that will greatly reduce the travel time for most of our staff. The options will be to work from either location, to stay over at either location, or to work from home until this pandemic is over.
