Software Developer

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Arranges project requirements in programming sequence by analyzing requirements; preparing a work flow chart and diagram using knowledge of computer capabilities, subject matter, programming language, and logic.
Maintains and modify existing programs; make approved changes by amending flow charts, develop detailed programming logic, and coding changes.
Converts System Requirements Specification into a computer software using appropriate programming languages.
Analyze risk and instigate avoidance activities. Establish contingency plans and identify trigger events and responsibility for initiating corrective action.
Code, test and troubleshoot programs utilizing the appropriate hardware, database, and programming technology.
Compiles and write documentation of program development and subsequent revisions, inserting comments in the coded instructions so others can understand the program.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent
Required Skill: C#, C++, VB.Net, MS SQL 2008 or higher, ASP.Net MVC 3 or higher, Crystal Report 10, JQuery and JavaScript programming
Knowledgeable in Process of Normalization, entity-relationship modeling, Structure Query Language(SQL) and Third party UI Controls
At least 1-4 year relevant experience specializing in IT/Computer – Software or Equivalent with skills in Project Management is an advantage
Applicants with familiarization and/or in-depth understanding in Banking Systems, Accounting Systems, Back Office systems and/or HR Systems will be prioritized
Can review codes and do enhancements
Good in Analytical and System Design
Result-oriented, dynamic and persevering
