Social Media Specialist

Preparation and implementation of social media strategy.Create, publish and advertise content to our international social media channels, including Linkedin, Facebook, Youtube etc and tailoring content based on geographic location and target demographic.Report generation on channel performance, content performance and campaign performance and translate them into recommendations and action plans.Monitor and manage incoming message on our social channels and distribute to appropriate channels.Work with the regional teams to localize global content and support local (content) initiatives.Keep the social media team up to date about current and upcoming trends in social media.Continuously perform competitive research and monitor trendsExperienceMinimum 2 years of relevant work experience as a digital marketing professional for B2B companies or related.Degree holder with a minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing with a focus on social media and digital. Experience in advertising agency or with digital/social agency background Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in social media campaigns on key platforms.Two to five years managing the unique requirements for successful growth for major social channels including YoutTube, Linkedin and Facebook Batteries included (self-motivated) with a genuine interest experimenting, testing, and optimization.SEO and Google Analytics specifically focused on campaign tracking and management.Editorial and consumer-centric marketing mindset with an ability to predict audience preferences and write with a designated brand voice.Additional ConsiderationsProject management skills.Attention to detail with the ability to solve problems efficiently, quickly and with empathy.Strong written and verbal English communication skills and exceptional proofreading capabilities. Basic proficiency in other languages a plus.Ability to think out of the box, and have the initiative to work independently.Must be amenable to work at Calamba Laguna from 6:00am -3:00pm M-F.
