Social Media Manager

Job Description:
Content Management Schedules content for brand social media pages Monitors and implements content calendar Manages content cascades to all stakeholders Community Management Engages and interacts with followers and fans of brand social media pages Addresses private messages and inquiries Escalates complaints and/or complex inquiries to brand Analyzes general follower and fanbase sentiment for social media reports Promo Management Monitors and contacts winners, compiles their data, and track pickups, etc. Prepares and processes documents for ASC, DTI and FDA applications Minimum Qualifications:
Strong analytical and planning skills; Good communication and presentation skills; Excellent problem-solving skills; Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree or equivalent in the following: Advertising/Media Humanities/Liberal Arts Linguistic/Languages Mass Communications Must be organized, able to manage time well and meet multiple deadlines; Must have excellent problem-solving skills; Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
