Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication/Marketing and related fields
1-3 years work experience as a Social Media Associate
Excellent knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Tiktok, Youtube, and the likes.
Experience launching community initiatives (building an online forum, creating events etc.)
Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics (e.g.
repeat attendance at events)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Hands-on experience with social media management.
Must be knowledgeable in using Adobe Photoshop
Ability to interpret website traffic and online customer engagement metrics
Knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels Facebook, Youtube and Twitter.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
