Job Description:
Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification; Generate, edit, publish and share content regularly, building meaningful connections with the target market; Set up and maintain social media management tools; Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules; Promote QM brand awareness, generating activity and discussion around the QM brand across all platforms; Increase social media followers; Set up and optimise company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of QM’s social content; Measure and report on the performance of all social media marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs); Plan and execute web, content marketing, database, e-books, e-newsletters, and email advertising campaigns; Design, build and maintain website contents, blogs, news articles, e-newsletters; Prepare site by installing and configuring server software; installing programming language; Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas Minimum Qualifications:
At least 5 years of proven experience in a similar role; Has SEO knowledge; Strong HTML and CSS skills with the ability to hand-code; Experience with jQuery; Highly proficient in social media management tools; Working knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator - the ability to take a PSD and convert to an HTML-CSS layout; English proficient; Pro-active, highly motivated with a "can do" attitude; Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and measurement; Able to identify emerging technologies
