Smartphone Technician - Isabela

Responsible for fault diagnosis and maintenance of mobile phones
Have a strong maintenance skill
More than one year working experience mobile phone service center
Accurately documented repairs and parts information on repair tracking document/work orders and in point of aftersales tracking system
Provide answer to clients by identifying problems; researching answers; guiding clients through corrective steps;
Performed high quality repairs and refurbishment of electronic device such as smartphone;
Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time;
Ensuring unit meets all assembly and quality criteria to achieve high customer satisfaction;
Talk clients through a series of action either via phone, email or chat, until they’ve solve a technical issue;
Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers;
Refer to internal database or external resource to provide accurate tech solutions;
Performed other duties as required by management
Must be a graduate of any 4 year course, Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering /Technical Secondary school, (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Others) or any 4 year course.
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Engineering - Electronics/Communication / Sales-Engineering/Technical/IT or equivalent.
