• At least 2 years of experience as a Team Leader/Coach in a BPO set up
• 10 full-time positions
• Must pass 85% of KPI’s in the last 3 months
• Must be flexible in terms of work schedule and coming in on weekends and holidays
Job Description/Responsibilities:
• Handles a team of agents
• Monitors and improves individual and team performance
• Drives the team members to meet the account specific KPIs
• Provides action plans for each team member in order to improve performance
• Manages the retention of agents and minimizes or addresses attrition of team members

Skills:
• Possesses good leadership skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to create action plans in order to improve business practices
• Ability to manage a team of more than 10 agents
• Ability to navigate various tools
• Above average interpersonal and written communication skills
