Job Description:
As a Customer Service Associate, you will assist customers with concerns regarding their accounts. Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs over the phone.


Responsibilities Manage large amounts of incoming calls and/or Generate sales leads Identify and assess customers’ needs to provide solutions Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer through open and interactive communication Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools Meet individual/team targets and metrics Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and within the set time limits Follow up to ensure resolution Process customer accounts and keep records of customer interactions Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies Take the extra mile to engage customers Minimum Qualifications:
Customer Service orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Completed at least 2nd – year in college High School graduates with at least 6 months to 1-year call center experience Fresh graduates (2 years course/Bachelor’s Degree) are welcome to apply. No Call Center Experience Required
