Site Supervisor

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Applies site solutions in preparation of site designs and documents
Plans and executes site survey for all aspects including existingaccess, power, andinfrastructure
Does the production, submission and approval facilitation oftechnical site survey and designs
Develops competence and resource readiness in new technologies
Conducts daily toolbox meeting
Ensures that company tools are well maintained & kept in secured area
Ensures safety working environment through HSI Standard
Ensures project schedule are met
Attends project acceptance
Prepares daily project reports
Maintains site database
Supports the post implementation documentation
Leads TSSR approvals through net sales and billing
Supports the design and document requirements and rules
Ensures quality assurance of Site Engineering delivery
Does input to installation Service Scope of Work
Supports sourcing in Engineering service
Performs other related work as maybe assigned by the management

EDUCATION:at least Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job; preferably related toElectronics/Electrical/Civil Engineering
EXPERIENCE:Minimum 3-5 years of experience in telecom site engineering andimplementation.
Site Engineering experience (CME)
Project Management experience is an added advantage
