Main Responsibility Area and Tasks
The Field Supervisor supervises the execution of the on-site Telecom
implementation activities in liaison with the roll out manager for whole or
part of a customer project, ensuring the project is delivered in scope of
contractual obligations, timeline, and required quality.
Verify with
Roll-Out Manager that LLD is constructible and contains all permits needed.
Assure the
availability of resources needed to comply the planned and agreed milestones.
Request
documentation needed for the proper execution of the work.
Request necessary
materials to start the work.
Request technical
documentation for deployment and passive elements construction.
Daily supervision
of installation progress according to agreed milestones, assuring the quality
in the daily deployment.
Daily reporting to
Project responsible on progress, monitoring, delays and issues, using project
means and tools such as Workflow
Validate and
Provide As-Built documentation to Roll-Out Manager.
Assure that all
personnel working on the deployment knows and complies health & safety
procedures and standards and assuring that any irregularities found during the
works are reported.
