Organize and conduct day to day activities on site including planning and arrangement for machinery, staffing and materials.
Liase with design department and familiar with construction drawings and specifications.
Plan and ensure progress per targets set by the company. Make adjustments when necessary.
Coordinating with supervising foremen,
Raise material requistions, monitor and check delivery ensure safe storage of materials on site. Minimize wastage.
Check and ensure work quality.
Ensure safety is practiced in site.
Organize training
Conduct appraisal of sub-ordinates.
Minimum 10 years site experience in construction industry.
Driving License.
