Shopee Xpress (Fulfillment) - Hub Lead (Cebu)

Manage the day-to-day operations within the hub using the daily performance report, track record of high performance, and team improvement
Ensure procedures and regulations are enforced
Dispute resolution within and outside the team
Lead team briefing, weekly meetings with staff, and regular meetings on team performance
Continuously improve the key performance indicators (KPIs) of the staff on productivity, quality, service level, and stakeholder satisfaction
Improve internal process between the hub and the rest of the Operations team, in order to improve SLA

Bachelor's Degree or higher in related fields
Has held a leadership role in a division or team, within a logistics or hub environment
Minimum of 5 years experience in the Supply Chain & Logistics Industry
Experienced in e-commerce fulfillment
