The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates.
The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

- Receive cash from riders
- Ensures money received is complete and accurate and no cash is lost
- Does cashiering transactions
- Reconcile end of day reports
- Summarize remittances
- Prepare deposit slips
- Will be assigned to Shopee Xpress Hub

**Requirements**:

- Has held a leadership role in a division or team, within a warehouse or hub environment
- Experienced in e-commerce fulfillment
