Shift Supervisor | Quezon City

The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf is looking for SHIFT SUPERVISORS who will be responsible for managing the shift he/she is on. This position is responsible for the overall profitability of the stores by ensuring sales targets during his/her shift is achieved as well as systems and policies are adhered to. This position reports directly to the Store Manager of the store he/she is assigned to and leads all Team Members on shift.
