What will you do?
- Automation of routine tasks through ServiceNow including design, creation and administration of key components such as: Forms, Workflows, Catalog Items, Metrics, Service Level Agreements, Reports, and Dashboards
- Complete job responsibilities utilizing predefined release and change management processes
- Load, transform and maintain data interfaces between ServiceNow and other systems
- Write and maintain up-to-date documentation related to the application administration and configuration
What do you need to succeed?
- Required: 2-3 years experience Implementing and maintaining ITSM Tools
- Required: 2-3 years experience with web UI development technologies that include HTML5, CSS3, and AJAX
- Required: 2-3 years experience with Incident Management, Service Request Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Configuration Management and other ITIL process areas
- Preferred: Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology
- Preferred: ITIL and/or ServiceNow Administrator Certifications
