Job Description:
- Assists his superior in planning and organizing the overall activities of the Service Department in line with its objective of keeping the company's set quality and standards for regular and special service jobs of elevators and escalators.
- Assists his superior in the preparation of contract proposals for newly turned-over projects and old projects without previous contracts.
- Assists in the preparation of the annual maintenance fee adjustment.
- Prepares and submits correspondence and reports as required by his superior.
- Assists in the monitoring of the financial status of his department.
- Reviews and checks any special service proposal made by the Sales Service Engineer or Supervisor.
Qualifications:
- With Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (License is a must)
- With at least 5 years of working experience in elevator/escalator servicing works
- With at least 3 years of supervisory capacity
- With hands-on customer service experience
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift

- Muntinlupa City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
