Job Description:
General Responsibilities Ensures that all the important transactions of the department are properly documented and updated in the system promptly. Ensures the timely preparation of reports and documents. Ensures that all records and files are properly managed for easy retrieval. Meets with the superior and other personnel in the department to identify and resolve issues/problems, work activities, projects, and programs as well as existing systems and procedures. Answers queries regarding the department’s responsibilities and interfaces with different organizational units. Ensures proper handling and care of all accountabilities – computers, printers, office supplies, etc. Attends training programs and other company-related activities sponsored by the Human Resource Department to help enhance one’s capability. Practices 5S daily in the work area. Maintains good housekeeping in the workplace. Safeguards/protect the company’s image. Specific Responsibilities Ensures complete and accurate delivery of all food and beverage item ordered by each customer. Does quality control and check presentation of prepared food and beverage before delivering to guests. Greets and responds to guest’s questions about Figaro products in the best possible manner. Assists guest by suggesting different combinations of food and beverage drinks. Helps upsell Figaro products and keeps guests informed on all promos and marketing events in the store. Recognizes regular guests and greets them by name. Invites all customers to frequently visit the store by showing them warmth and sincere hospitality. Constantly check the set-up, appearance, and cleanliness of the dining area as well as the orderliness and cleanliness of the service station, making sure par stock level is maintained. Performs other functions and duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. Minimum Qualifications:
