Job Description:
Doing daily activity as SRM URT Staff to recover user bad experience in Tokopedia based on the predefine parameter Work with related stakeholders to solve the issue ASAP and collect the data related to it (financial loss, misshandling, etc) Maintain good communication with ops stakeholders and able to smoothing the recovery process Visiting user based on the predefine parameter for recovery Manage merchandise and items for recovery and reporting weekly or monthly stocking report Monitoring, controlling and take the responsibility for media mention and quick response team process answer and improvement Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree from any field Strong analytical and planning skills; Good communication and presentation skills; Excellent problem-solving skills; Able to speak and write in english fluently
