About the role
This role will see you managing the Service Department of this major trucking business servicing the Hawkes Bay region.
You will be responsible for:
Working closely with customers
Working closely with the Workshop Foreman and your Technicians
Initial phone diagnostics
Build a strong relationship with all types of customers
Mentor younger Technicians and apprentices
The ideal candidate will have:
Previous experience in a similar role
Excellent communication skills
Ability to build rapport with employees at all levels of the department
Previous truck experience necessary
