Job Description
Outbound calling technicians in our Network to accept work orders.
Capturing information and entering data in the computer in a timely manner.
Documenting disposition of calls through the applicable database and/or reporting.
Follow up with customers and technicians as needed to ensure claims are resolved.
Additional duties as assigned.
