JOB DESCRIPTION Lead and coach Service Delivery Supervisors to oversee the operation to ensure high quality service, effective and optimized operation and client satisfaction.
Explore business growth opportunities and drive business growth.
Lead and coach Service Delivery Supervisors on client management, account planning and trusted partner relationship to realize business goals and growth.
Lead and coach Service Delivery Supervisors and SDU function teams to build and maintain an empowered and high performing delivery service team.
Handle special cases during new task onboarding.
JOB QUALIFICATION Bachelor's degree graduate.
With a minimum of 5 years' experience in operation and at least 3 years' experience in people management.
Detail-oriented, skilled in decision-making, and proficient in planning and organizing.
Preferably has experience in the insurance or healthcare claims industry.
