Prepare and serve food or beverages according to company standards.
Maintain cleanliness of the counter, dining, and work areas.
Ensure products are stocked, properly displayed, and meet quality standards.
Handle customer complaints or requests professionally and escalate concerns as needed.
Adhere to safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines.
Support teammates during peak hours to ensure smooth store operations.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Supervisor or Manager.
at least College level or with vocational education background
with experience in food services is an advantage
with pleasing personality
