Service Crew

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers with a positive attitude.
Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Prepare and serve food and beverages as per company standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area, dining area, and kitchen.
Handle cash and credit transactions, ensuring accurate cash handling and reporting.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service and operations.
Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
Participate in training and development activities.

Qualifications/Requirements
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality training is a plus.Previous experience in a customer service or food service role preferred but not required.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations calmly.Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn.
