**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Greets all customers promptly; provides timely professional service.
- Conducts vehicle inspection checklist for the incoming and outgoing units with prepared repair order.
- Uses computer systems to look up customer's service history, schedule appointments, enter repair order information and manage information.
- Provides excellent customer service by listening to customer inquiries and requests, asking questions to identify service needs, resolving customer concerns, and sells additional services when appropriate.
- Asks relevant questions regarding repair or service request to ensure proper servicing of vehicle.
- Estimates cost and completion time/settles customer accounts.
Suggests additional services that Service Department offers.
- Communicates with customers about status of work and explains technical information about repairs to customers.
**JOB SPECIFICATIONS**:

- We are looking for a full-time individual who has passion in talking and dealing with people, customer advocate, a seller, cheerful personality, system & process oriented, responsible, embody a helpful attitude, and has basic knowledge in the auto industry to join our dynamic team
- Ability to present materials & communicate in writing in a fluent and logical manner.
- Proven ability to work on detailed tasks with accuracy and speed
- Must be customer-oriented and articulate.
Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Baliuag, Bulacan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
