Our acquisitions strategy has been integral in taking our business to new heights, and at comGateway you would be leading the highest potential initiative of the business in a fast, dynamic, and exciting environment.Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, the SEO Specialist develops and implement the online acquisitions strategy for key initiatives of the business.We are looking for an experienced doer who can own the end-to-end SEO strategy from conceptualization to execution and post-campaign analysis.Specifically, the responsibilities of a Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Analyst include the following, but not limited to:Design, build, and maintain the company’s online presence across all digital channels.Identify trends and insights as well as optimize AdWords, Facebook Ads, and other strategies and programs of work across products.Implement full-funnel search marketing campaigns in multiple countries particularly in Asia PacificMust ensure that comGateway is well represented with a strong online presence on all digital platforms and oversee audience engagement, tracking results, and analyzing statistics.Define AdWords, Facebook Ads, and other channel performance indicators and track these on a weekly / monthly / quarterly basisManage AdWords program roadmap and identify initiatives that will drive improved SEO performanceResearch and analyze competitors’ advertising linksWork with the development team to ensure that the best practices of technical SEO are properly implemented on newly developed codeWork with the Content Team to drive SEO in content creation and content programmingRecommend changes to website architecture, content, linking, and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywordsOptimizations, experimentation, and testing + learning will be key to success in this role.Extensive knowledge of Search Engine OptimizationExpert AdWords Analyst, w/ proven track recordGoal OrientedEffective in organizing all advertising placement - AdWords, PPC, Yahoo, Bing and othersWell documented track record of driving growth through SEO and SEOExperiencing managing search for an ecommerce company or performance marketing agencyDemonstrates confidence and passion when presenting to leadership teams and stakeholdersPassion for digital media and marketing trendsDepth of knowledge of paid, owned and earned media platformsStrong knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics and AdWords.5+ years’ experience in digital agency and/or in-house digital marketing teamHigh personal standards for the quality of executionThrives in an uncompromisingly fast paced, pragmatic, ever-changing and hard-working culture
