Senior Ui/Ux Developer

Job Description:
Uploan’s technology assets include (but not limited to) our client facing web and mobile applications, internal IT tools used by our operations, and our internal data flow system.


As Senior UI developer you will be responsible for further improving and enhancing Uploan’s end to end digital lending platform and other products and services we have built. This would include our client facing web and mobile applications. This role requires that the Senior UI developer be both creative and analytical.


Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the product team, stakeholders and end-users for the requirements gathering, system design and work verification Design organizational structure of the apps, user journeys and pages Recommend features/changes to increase desired behaviour from the end user Implement UI designs and/or collaborate with the other devs with the implementation Be able to validate and measure the performance of the design on its intended user behaviour Minimum Qualifications:
Core skills/experience Be able to design, test and iterate rapidly Agile/Lean Methodology Knowledgeable in web and mobile designs, and a seamless experience across all channels. HTML/CSS/JS Balsamiq, Invision, Omnigraffle, Illustrator, or other similar tools Mixpanel, Heapanalytics, Inspectlet or other similar tools Preferred skills/experience Git Native mobile UI development Minimum Qualifications 5 years minimum experience Strong analytical and planning skills Good communication and presentation skills Excellent problem-solving skills
