College graduate with Bachelor’s Degree in Training & Development, Human Resources, Psychology, Business or any other related field.
5 years of solid work experience in Training and Development capacity in a large and complex business setting, preferably working as the Training and Development Manager.
Must have experience in developing successful training programs that led to employees performance improvement
Must have a high level of professionalism and integrity
Must possess skills in office, computer and English grammar knowledge
In-depth technical skills and highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point
A proactive approach to problem solving with strong decision-making skills
Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities.
Knowledge in conceptualizing, developing and constructing Training Modules.
Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment.
Exceptional communication skills both in written and verbal form.
