Job Description:
Job Purpose: The Senior Training Manager will develop and facilitate training programs for employees to strengthen capabilities, enhance employee job performance, promote company values and support organizational change.


Key Relationships: This position will relate with other division heads and human resources heads in the company and other businesses within the group.


Responsibilities: Support business units on their training needs Build relationships with business and HR leaders to identify and prioritize learning & development needs. Training Needs Analysis Track departmental training records and conduct analyses in order to identify and define present and future training needs. Facilitate existing training programs Drive awareness and implement Academy courses and other available training resources through creative campaigns and internal processes Design and conduct Programs as required by the business units Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement and Evaluate relevant and results-driven learning & development programs & curriculums. Ensure compliance of business units on the required curricula per job level, including eLearning courses from the SM Academy.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field. At least 8-year experience in training in a management role. Preferably in retail and/or related industry. Up to date certifications in training
