Senior Trainer

You will have an opportunity to:
Be accountable for the delivery, execution and quality of training classes for Quantrics and other sites if needed. This includes accreditation of trainers, logistics, process alignment, content review and calibration with the Bell RTO team, among others.
Ensures all training logistics are planned and accounted in the ramp plan
Planning and completion of onboarding/accreditation for trainers
Observe trainers in class and provide timely feedback and coaching
Partners with Bell counterparts for content, updates, training needs and performance
Ensures quality of Quantrics training reflects to performance and results
Embody and implement the Quantrics Culture
Provide Training initiatives which support Bell programs not limited to Quantrics
These actions consist of, but are not limited to, the following:
Track updates/communications from Bell
Provide feedback/recommendations on how to improve/enhance learning materials in partnership with the team
Hold an alignment meeting with trainers to ensure consistency on product and process knowledge
Understand work patterns of trainers/LOBs and delegate tasks where necessary
Schedule trainers where necessary in partnership with Training Manager
Perform Training Needs Analysis’ with the goal of increasing operational performance
Lead Projects in partnership with the Senior Managers
Perform a Hygiene Check on reports being sent out by trainers to ensure alignment and consistency
Attend meetings in partnership with Training Manager
Hold a learning session/developmental workshops with the trainers at least once a month
In the absence of the Training Manager/s, the Senior Trainer will be the POC for the campaign
