Responsibilities: 1. Establish training workflow based on overall overseas strategy, including training policy, resource management and operation management.
2. Delivery of training Planning to assess ongoing needs.
3. Measure effectiveness of each training resource and course development,
4. Inspire, motivate and manage trainer for training improvement and efficiency.
5. Being able to find improvement on quality, efficiency and training for local customer service team
6. Create and refine customer service knowledge database and system.

Requirement:
1. Five years and above related training experience,
2. Proven track record in training, SOP improvement and system implement.
3. Ability to drive innovation and improvement,
4. Strong communication and presentation skills.
5. Fluent in English.
