Senior Technical Engineer

Provide automation and performance strategies to Senior Test Engineers
Support and monitor activities and progress of all technical test engineers
Gather, train, and implement best practices for automation and performance tests
Determine automation and performance tools to use in a project
Tracks quality and speed of automation and performance testing activities
Streamline automation and performance testing of functional, UI, and API related test activities
Conduct training and provide assistance to Test Engineers aiming for automation and performance jobs
Suggest new tools and techniques in improving testing efficiency
Review and recommend improvements to existing test procedures
Delegates and monitors projects of his subordinates
Evaluates the performance of his subordinates
Provides training to his subordinates and to the new hires
Selenium IDE/Webdriver
Postman
Apache Jmeter or any open source performance testing tool
Whitebox Testing Tools
Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Quality Management, Computer Science, or such.
6 to 9 years of experience in software testing, technical testing not limited to automation, performance, and white box testing
Software testing experience in E-Commerce, Hosting, and Payment related platforms (plus)
In-depth experiences not limited to automation, performance, and white box testing tools
Thorough understanding of the overall testing cycles and best practices
Ability to collaborate with the production team comprising of PM, Developers, Designers, technical team, stakeholders, and co-QAs
Ability to standardize automation, performance, and white box testing best practices
Ability to implement best practices in using various automation, performance, and Whitebox testing tools
Hands-on experience in Software testing life cycle
Relevant experience in handling a group of technical QAs
Keen in various testing activities as API, Usability, Sanity/Smoke, Negative, Regression, Integration, Exploratory and Security Testing
Coding skills
Adaptive on fast phased environment
Expert in Planning and Documenting technical processes
Adapt to the latest testing tools and technologies not limited to automation, performance, and Whitebox testing
Awareness of Latest Web and Mobile Technology Trends
