Job Summary: The position is primarily responsible for promoting Invisalign sales with accredited Invisalign trained doctors and iTero sales to all doctors in the dental field Responsible for establishing, maintaining and building loyal clients through excellent customer service Responsible in achieving sales targets Experienced, self-motivated resourceful sales leader with a successful record in B2B Acquisition, Development and Retention Monitor its clients / territory performance and analyzing data to make recommendations to the CEO or Head of Sales to further drive revenue growth and expand the presence in the industry Meet and exceed individual performance targets Must be willing to travel to visit customers within Metro Manila Essential Job Function: Develop appropriate sales strategies to penetrate the identified customers Create and develop new business opportunities with select customer accounts to widen services offered to the clients Review and evaluate the strategically important customers Plan for the growth of each key customer account to increase business revenue and profits by strengthening customer loyalty Create and develop new business plans with selected sales opportunities to achieve sales targets Acquire new customer accounts in order to grow the account base being managed Call or visit customers regularly to explore new opportunities and to explore new opportunities and to establish and maintain and develop the relationship with the customer Manage all aspects of the customer needs and expectations in order to strengthen customer relationship and attain targeted customer satisfaction index Prepare and review sales funnel reports in preparation for sales meeting Help and assist in administering marketing events of the Company Perform regular sales funnel and pipeline reviews Continually monitor and proactively refine sales processes for optimal efficiency Create and suggest innovative ways to generate sales from target market Ability to anticipate, prioritize, assess, and meet needs of internal and external customers Minimum Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s / College Degree in Business Administration Minimum of 3 years of work experience in direct sales and business development, preferably in B2B environment Strong analytical, planning and forecasting skills with a strong attention to details Knowledge in the dental field is an advantage Outstanding communication and presentation skills Has a genuine interest in customer-service With exceptional time management, prioritization and organizational skills with the ability to deliver results under pressure and tight deadlines Ability to set sales vision, understand and define requirements, design practical solutions, and creatively support business cases for clients
