The Senior recruiter will specialize in client and candidate management. As part of client management, this role will be expected to work with stakeholders to understand all requirements in order to be able to provide them with the best candidate fit for the role. Management of candidate would include performing initial stages of recruitment, management of all interviews, and job offer. An adept recruiter with exceptional recruitment skills for hard to find roles, proactive, creative, resourceful, and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment is what the ideal candidate looks like.
• A minimum of 7 years' recruitment experience in end-to-end Recruitment and Selection.
• A minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience in the BPO/Offshoring industry, preferably dealing with Australian clients
• A wide network of high-quality applicants in professional services with Australian experience, preferably in the Accounting, E-commerce & digital marketing field verticals
• A proven track record in permanent-placement recruitment, with an understanding and keen interest in an offshore industry
