Senior Quantity Surveyor (High Rise Buildings)-Meycauayan, Bulacan

Estimates the costs for the construction of stations particularly in fit outs and finishing
Checks the materials, equipment, records, and the required manpower as well as the safety of people in the project
Manages the payments for the sub-contractors
Handles the weekly and monthly progress reports, and monthly presentations
Supervises Junior Quantity Surveyors
Attends meetings

Qualifications:
A Civil Engineering graduate
With a license in Civil Engineer
With more than 10 years working experience as a Quantity Surveyor under General contractor companies
With more than 10 years of experience in handling high rise building projects
Experience in handling railway, roads, bridges, and airport projects is an advantage
Willing to work in a project-based employment (35 months)
Willing to work in Meycauayan, Bulacan

Working Schedule:
Monday to Saturday 8:00am to 5:00pm

Salary:
Offers up to 80,000 php gross per month
