Senior Qa Engineer

As a Senior Quality Engineer for our WorkBook solution, you will become a significant and valued member of a scrum team of 5 Software Developers and a couple of other Quality Engineers. The team has 2-3 areas of expertise, including CRM and finance.

Your role will include analyzing requirements to identify acceptance criteria and test scenarios, collaborating with the team to develop effective strategies and test plans, test execution to ensure that the product meets the requirements and is within the defined quality criteria and standards, analyzing results and reporting bugs and issues to the teams. We are working on introducing Continuous Integration, and you are expected to also work in this direction.

Additionally, you will be involved in coordinating test activities and optimization of the quality assurance and test processes, as well as test planning and execution of test automation.

WorkBook is built on web technology, but it is a full ERP business solution and any experience in this field is greatly valued.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, we would love you to have the following:

Relevant education at Bachelor's or Master's Degree level Minimum relevant experience of 8 years in software development and testing Experience using the full spectrum of software testing types on desktop or web based applications Working experience with Scrum or other Agile methodologies Able to work independently and proven experience of test planning Good communication skills including the ability to write clearly and concisely The following areas are also highly desirable: Experience of testing ERP or other financial solutions Experience of Test automation, preferably some programming skills Experience using the full spectrum of software testing types on mobile applications A strong desire to continually improve your knowledge and skills through personal development activities A team player with a lot of drive and a can-do attitude
