Qualifications:
Senior Program Manager
15+ years of relevant experience
Experience in delivering large scale Core banking for Secured and Unsecured Loans for Retail
and Commercial banking
Experience in Philippines market and with Transact implementations in similar roles a plus
Strong leadership skills and experience managing cross-functional teams
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with project management methodologies and software
