This position is full-time and on-site at our office in Cebu City. In addition to helping to recruit, train and manage our team every day in Cebu City, you’ll be in constant communication and collaboration via chat/phone with key members of our United States team.While management will give you the guidance and support you need to succeed in your role as our Senior PHP developer and Team Lead, you’ll also have the autonomy to make decisions, present ideas, and create an optimal work environment that helps you (and your projects) flourish at our company.Our Senior PHP Developer will be responsible for managing back-end services and the interchange of data between the server and the users. Your primary focus will be the development of all server-side logic, definition and maintenance of the central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end.
