Job Description:
Taking care of asset of office management and maintenance, office supplies, relation to service providers, business and personal contacts, potential vendors and relations, cleaning and housekeeping services; Provide assistance to our staffs regarding office management issues through our internal chat system; Settle disputes regarding the office requirements; Ensure each departments are given a sufficient level of office supplies; Process orders and request of office supplies; Conduct routine observation of working areas to ensure quality and potential disturbances/bottlenecks; Leadership duties for junior staffs, in terms of monitoring and mentoring. Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years experience as a GA or OM Coordinator; Strong analytical, detail and planning skills; Good communication, administration and presentation skills; Excellent problem-solving skills.
