ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for an experienced, senior-level Motion Designer that will be responsible for helping our digital marketing agency client - a leading, award-winning e-commerce agency based in the US - to create high-quality motion graphics and animation for some of the world's top e-commerce brands. You'll need to have exceptional experience with Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop and execute motion graphics for various digital platforms including social media, website, and mobile appsCollaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and storyboard innovative animation ideas that align with project goalsUtilize Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro to create high-quality visual effects, transitions, and animationsEnsure consistent style and quality across all video content, adhering to brand guidelines and project specificationsWork closely with editors, copywriters, and marketing specialists to integrate animation with other media elementsManage multiple projects from concept through completion under tight deadlinesContinuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry best practices to maximize efficiency QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in a relevant field (Animation, Film, or Graphic Design preferred)4+ years of experience in motion design or a similar roleExcellent proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premier ProKnowledge of additional tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, and additional video editing software preferredStrong understanding of animation, visual effects, and graphic designAbility to translate ideas into complete projectsExcellent attention to detail with a strong sense of timing and visual awarenessCapable of receiving, giving, and acting on constructive feedback to improve performance and deliver stellar final productsStrong communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a team environmentAbility to work in US Eastern time zone, Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)Previous experience working the graveyard shiftNice-to-have: experience with Gmail and Slack BENEFITSCompetitive pay, always in US dollarsWork remotely from the comfort of your homeHealth & wellness benefitPaid holidays and time offPerformance and referral bonusesGlobal exposure to the world's best companies
