Experience in business leadership with

strategic and commercial acumen, proven capability to develop and deliver

a business strategy that is dynamic and balances short term delivery with longer

term sustainable success

Sales leadership experience with an

ability to open up and develop successful and long-term business

opportunities and relationships. Ability to develop and close agreements

and to build and run a pipeline both directly and through coaching others

Strong analytical skills to assess

performance, develop actionable insights to capture opportunities.

Demonstrate

diverse cultural understanding and be comfortable working with global

teams.

Externally

recognized authority in digital marketing solutions.

Extensive

experience selling advertising solutions.

Deliver business growth, engagement and

client satisfaction for a portfolio of agencies in an assigned market.

Manage and strengthen executive-level company relations through key

meetings, business reviews and speaking engagements.

Recruit, retain and lead the team and

Account Strategists, to ensure improved Year over Year growth, high

company satisfaction and enhanced portfolio health.

Lead and coach a sales team and help them

engage with stakeholders in agencies and customers. Build and actively

manage effective long-term company planning process.

Define the future of company management

and help to develop the necessary infrastructure and processes. Initiate

and run strategic initiatives to further develop new and existing company

business.

Manage

Profit and Loss statement

Set the

vision for company development and define the necessary infrastructure to

support this vision.

Initiate and

run strategic initiatives to further develop new and existing business.

Drive innovation to accelerate business growth.

Develop a

world class team of people managers, and company account

strategists. Improve account same-store-growth, and ensure high

company and end-client satisfaction.
